TRIAL DAY 4

“This is me. I used the computer. I did it.”

As I’m sure you’ve heard, today has been a long day.  Although quite a few people took the stand, when Joel took the stand today, he was flat out asked:

“Joel, are you admitting liability to downloading 30 songs?”

To which Joel responded — deadpanned and sincerely — “yes.”

An overview of today and what happens next can be found at Ars.

First off, to Joe with the comment above me: You’re an idiot, I bet you live in Iowa. “White collar thief”?? seriously. its morons like you that make me believe in population control. I can only hope you get attacked by African Bees while watching Fox News.

Joel, I was rooting for you. I was hoping that you would use the resources put forth in front of you to teach “THEM” a lesson, not to be taught one. you know damn well what the record companies are doing to you (making you pay them a ridiculous amount of money for the rest of your life) is a bunch of bullshit! WE all know that. I was just hoping that a regular guy could stick it to one of these cock suckers! now its just a waiting game as to how much you pay them. But you’re not even putting up a fight. its just a way so you wont have to pay the full fine. Oh well. You gotta live the rest of your life knowing that You got beat by Green Day!
