Hearing and Trial Dates

With only a few days are left before Joel’s hearing on June 5,  Judge Nancy Gertner  issued an order on May 28 setting Joel’s trial for July 20. “Despite the postponements resulting from the webcast appeal, the Court intends to move quickly to trial in this case,” Judge Gertner writes. The trial will be a jury trial. Objections to the schedule are to be made asap, she adds.

The following issues will be addressed this Friday in an omnibus motion hearing taking place at 2:30p.m. in Boston:

Defendant’s Motion to Amend Counterclaims (document # 686)
Defendant’s Motion to Add the RIAA (document # 693)
Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (document # 779)
Defendant’s Motion to Amend Answer and Counterclaims (document # 806)
