Class Action Against the RIAA

Ars Technica reports on Prof. Nesson joining with Kiwi Camara (defending Jammie Thomas-Rasset, a case that is separate from Joel’s case) to file a class action suit against the RIAA.

    History of the legal system is one strike against it. But does not change RIAA.

    Litigation is a marathon, and a supply side greedy group interests war of attrition. Strike 2. This can be a way to win over RIAA if proper pragmatic steps are taken, grr.

    Only with more sophisticated consensus building tools, will cilization prosper over corrupt game playing tribal interests.

    Watch out, liberals love trouble for issue building, and problematic results.

    I hate RIAA from the bowels of hell, but like the Iran demonstations, pick your battles and methods accordingly. Caseys at bat, please consider.
